Information
A free information service is provided for members regarding Industrial Relations, Health and Safety, Money, Local Government, the Law, and basic product enquiries. You can reach us on our Advice line or contact us for comprehensive fact sheets, which cover over 100 different topics and are free to all members.

Legal Issues
This service covers the sale of goods, contracts, employment, health and safety and such matters. Members can be referred to specialists if needed.

Problems with Staff
Attention covers enquiries based on topics such as discipline, sick and holiday pay, redundancies and layoffs, specialists can be referred to if needed.

Stationery Office
We can supply virtually any item of stationery you may need at pleasing prices thanks to the bulk-buying power of the membership. The Federation has recently teamed up with Sovereign Office Supplies to give members the benefit of nationally available stationery supplies at approximately a 31% discount while retaining the ability to provide the items of special interest to hardware retailers. The top selling lines shift millions of units a year, and a complete colour catalogue including specialised BHF offers and produced by Sovereign is freely available. There is generally a next day delivery service on most items.
