The issue of warranty and the cost of undertaking warranty work for both manufactures and dealers has been an industry debate for some considerable time. Who is right and wrong when it comes to the issue?

The BAGMA warranty survey for dealers is designed to highlight the costs of dealers undertaking warranty work for a range of suppliers.

By downloading the excel spreadsheet and instructions dealers can highlight the costs of undertaking warranty work. If no forms are sent back to BAGMA, then the debate of warranty is of no importance to dealers. If it is a relevant issue then complete the form and send it back to the BAGMA office

Please complete the survey for your last 20 COMPLETED warranty jobs. It is not restricted to just tractor manufactures, it is designed for all suppliers large and small.
